Policy:

• For Phone and Remote assistance: If we are not able to resolve the issue, we will refund half the charge back to the customer.  There is a minimal of 1 hour charge even if the problem is resolved in less than 1 hour.
• For Phone and Remote assistance: All other general calls are $34.99 per hour with a minimum one hour charge, after the first hour we charge increments of $17.00 every additional 30 minutes.
• For Onsite service calls: a $44.99 onsite service fee will be applied in addition to the price of troubleshooting.
• For Onsite service calls: The first 20 miles of driving are free, after that there is a $1.00 a mile charge for any additional time, ex. The drive is 40 miles from our office, there will be an additional $20.00 dollars added to the onsite fee for the additional 20 miles.
